Return Policy – Discover and Do
Returns Conditions
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@DiscoverAndDo.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If returning due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, Discover and Do will cover the return shipping cost.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged items: We cover the return shipping cost.
- All other reasons (including customer remorse): The customer must pay the actual return shipping cost.
How to Return Products
We only accept products returned by mail.
For approved defective/damaged returns, we will email a prepaid return label. Simply download and print the label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank—processing delays are common.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can remedy the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email support@DiscoverAndDo.com.

You may request a shipping-address change within 24 hours of placing your order.
