Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the payment obligations between Discover and Do (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

• Prices: All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
• Taxes & Fees: Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and other charges unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
• Express Checkout: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

2.3 Payment Due Date

• One-Time Purchases: Payment is due immediately upon checkout.
• Subscription Services: Payments are due on the first day of each month.

3. Invoicing

• Invoice Issuance: Issued upon order completion.
• Delivery: Sent electronically to the email address provided.
• Customer Responsibility: Ensure all billing details are accurate and up to date.

4. Disputed Charges

• Notification: Disputes must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the invoice date.
• Where to Send: Email disputes to support@discoveranddo.com and include invoice number and details.
• Resolution: We will investigate and address disputes promptly.

5. Refunds & Credits

• Policy Reference: Refunds and credits follow our Refund Policy.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Taxes

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.).
• Tax Exemption: Valid exemption certificates must be provided at purchase.

7. Billing Errors

• Corrections: Any detected errors will be corrected promptly.
• Overcharges: Overpaid amounts will be refunded or credited.
• Undercharges: Any shortfall will be invoiced to the Customer.

8. Payment Security

• Data Protection: All payment data is processed securely in line with industry standards.
• Payment Processor: Payments are handled via Shopify Payments; we do not store card data.
• SSL Encryption: All transactions are protected with SSL encryption.

9. Changes to Billing Terms

• Modification: We may update these Terms at any time.
• Effective Date: Changes take effect upon posting at https://www.discoveranddo.com/pages/terms-of-service.
• Acceptance: Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Maximum Liability: Limited to the amount you paid in the three months prior to the issue.

11. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
• Venue: Legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in Wyoming courts.
