Orders placed by 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday (EST, GMT-05:00) will be processed on the same business day.

Shipping Methods

Most orders are shipped through our trusted third-party freight carriers using 18-wheeler trucks.

For items requiring freight shipping, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number entered at checkout is accurate to avoid delays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email confirming receipt and payment approval.

Once your order has shipped (usually within 1–2 business days), you will receive a Shipment Notification Email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may no longer be possible.

Cancellations

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly. For damaged or incorrect items, Discover and Do will cover the return shipping cost.
