How long will it take for my order to ship and be delivered?

Orders are processed promptly and usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically occurs within 4–7 business days. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Do you offer free returns?

For defective or damaged products, we cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, including customer remorse, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If damage is visible, note this when signing for delivery or write “suspect damage”. If your item arrives damaged, email photos to support@DiscoverAndDo.com so we can arrange a replacement or offer compensation.

How do I place an order?

To order by phone: Call 1-833-657-4927. You will receive an order confirmation immediately and we will begin processing your order right away.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email with a tracking number.

Do you send an order confirmation via email?

Yes, an order confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide. Please ensure your email is correct at checkout.

Can I change my order?

You may change your order at no additional cost before it has shipped. To request changes, email support@DiscoverAndDo.com. If there is a price difference, we will adjust your charge or send a custom invoice.
